Terms of Service

By creating an account or using RoomReveal, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use the service.

You are responsible for the photos you upload and for having the right to use and transform them.

RoomReveal uses a credit system: one credit generates one image. Credits are purchased in packages and do not expire unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Purchases are generally non-refundable, except where a generation fails to complete or as required by law.

You agree not to upload photos that are illegal, infringe on someone else’s rights, or that you do not have permission to use. You also agree not to use RoomReveal to generate misleading representations of a property intended to deceive buyers, renters, or third parties.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You also own the images RoomReveal generates for you, and are free to use them for listings, marketing, or personal purposes.

We aim to keep RoomReveal available and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend features to improve the service.

RoomReveal is provided "as is." Generated images are a visual aid and not a guarantee of any particular outcome, such as a sale price or renovation result. To the extent permitted by law, RoomReveal is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the app before the changes take effect.
